I sure am glad NM doesnt have the rule that NR's have to have a guide in the wilderness.

I also think it is BS that NM allows outfitters 12% of the draw tags, while NR's that dont use an outfitter only get 10% of the tags. I think it should be 5% for outfitters then 17% for NR's. But there is one outfitter here that you can pretty much blame that on. Oh yeah it is the same outfitter that sued AZ and really screwed it up for NR's. See what happens when lawsuits are brought into the equation the NR's get screwed even more. Be careful with your there is going to be lawsuit crap it only ends up screwing NR's even more.

Now nobody is blocking any person from visiting federal lands can we all agree on that? So come on out to NM and visit these federal lands nobody is telling you that you cant. But if you want to hunt the animals that BELONG to the state Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetails, Coues, Bears, Mt Lion, Oryx, Ibex, Antelope, Bighorn sheep, Desert sheep, Barbary sheep, and Javelina you have to pay a little. Damn if I lived back east (thank you dad for not moving there I would get bored to death chasing whitetails and bear) I would save my money and if it took 2,3,4, or 5 years to hunt then so be it. Also I can promise if you dont use an outfitter it will not cost $5,000 to hunt in NM even with the fuel prices maybe 2,500 get a few friends involved and it gets cheaper. NM is probably one of the easiest states for a DIY as long as you do your research.

IMHO I expect other states to charge more to NR's. If I want to go to CO, AZ etc I expect to pay a heck of alot more just for them giving me an oppurtnity (sp) to chase thier big game even though it is on federal land. Now go ahead and flame away and sorry for the miss-spellings I have worked 6 12 hour nights straight and have one more to go before I am off.

ARE WESTERN STATES NON-RESIDENT FEES TOO HIGH?

the issue here is not are the non-resident fees too high, but are they discriminatory. If I remember correctly there was a law suite on just this issue in the past and the courts found they were, but legislation was passed to make it legal. Should our elected representatives have intervened and stopped the states from discriminating against Non-Residents. I think no. The game being hunted does not by law belong to the state or land owners. I will site a legal decision in the grand canyon about wild burrows many years ago.

2000 per day of yield without huge starting capital

Hi there!
I would like to burn a theme at this forum. There is such a nicey, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of financial piramyde, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.

For quite a long time, I earn money with the help of these programs.
I'm with no money problems now, but there are heights that must be conquered . I make 2G daily, and my first investment was 500 dollars only.
Right now, I managed to catch a guaranteed variant to make a sharp rise . Turn to my web site to get additional info.
